Originally from Italy, I relocated to Norway over a decade ago to pursue a Ph.D. in Engineering Cybernetics. Since then, I’ve driven complex innovation projects and held leadership roles across research institutes and the private sector—spanning software development, systems engineering, and strategic program management.

With an M.B.A. and a strong focus on Digital Transformation, I now lead data-driven and AI innovation at Aker Solutions, helping scale digital platforms and accelerate the energy transition. I bring together deep tech insight, cross-functional leadership, and a vision for sustainable industry transformation.
